　　记者在现场发现，面对用人单位提供的技术、销售等一线岗位，应聘者态度积极，表现理性。机械设计专业的小王当天陆续投递了5份简历，均是应聘机械设计相关职位，他说：“工资基本都在2500元左右，面试人员问的主要是专业性的问题，已经有两家企业通知下周二面试了。”

　　据现场用人单位反馈，较为热门的岗位有机械制造设计、数控操作和信息产业等，其中单位特别青睐有开拓创新精神的人才。记者了解到，由于应届毕业生可塑性较大，便于企业培养，部分企业需求量较大。在厨师、司机、保洁员等岗位中，参会企业相对比较青睐年龄较大的下岗再就业应聘者。

　　本次专场招聘活动是镇江人才在线网（www.hrol.cn）改版后第一次大型的网络与互动专场招聘活动。为帮助企业招揽高层次、高技能人才，9月份开始，市人社部门将组团分赴兰州、西安、武汉、城都、南京等人才集聚地举办专场招聘会，有需求的单位可在9月10日前，到所在辖市区人才中心填写《2013“双高”人才和2014届高校毕业生需求征集表》（或在www.hrol.cn自行下载）。
